Add the Fashion Week to Your Calendar
Twice a year, Danish designers show their new fashion designs to the press, buyers, celebrities and other fashionistas. This year's first Fashion Week is right now, and the week is stuffed with events.
The Danish fashion 'bosses' Kim Grenaa and Uffe Buchard has organized the exhibition "10 years of DANSK - a decade of Danish fashion" at the Danish Design Centre. This is one of many events in Copenhagen, and also at the Brochner hotels we have some great events throughout the week... and a couple in the winter vacation week as well.
The Green Walk, Feb. 1- 5
The Copenhagen Fashion Week is putting the spotlight on sustainability, and one of the initiatives is a guide to Copenhagen's best propositions for sustainable fashion shopping - The Green Walk. The route is guiding you to stores that act responsible - going from organic materials to the welfare of factory workers.
Hotel Fox is included in the guide and dramatic and sophisticated designs by Borcher is exhibited in the lounge. We will serve free and sustainable coffee at Hotel Fox between 11 and 16. See the guide
Bedtimes Stories by Borcher, Feb. 2
The evening will unveil the new Room 402, decorated and furnished by Borcher. The room will also serve as location for Borcher's fashion show, which will present a new and exclusive lingerie line. The event is open for invited guests.
Charity Bar at Hotel Fox, Feb. 2 and 3
We offer delicious refreshments and an auction (from 17 - 21). A tailored classic dress by Borcher will be sold to the highest bidder. The Charity Bar supports BØRN OG UNGE I NØD (Children and teenagers in need). Read more at the hotel blog or at Facebook.

LAB 27 på Ibsens Hotel, Feb. 3
Carmakoma is behind the event at Ibsen Hotel. They have chosen Friday night at Ibsens Hotel for the grand opening of their new label LAB 27. The evening offers a show with models of all sizes, live music, raw food and drinks. Send and email to Carmakoma to be included at the guest list.
Decorate Shrovetide buns
at Hotel Danmark and Ibsens Hotel
The most beatiful and funny Shrovetide bun will be rewarded with a weekend stay for 2 adults and 2 children incl. breakfast. In week 7, we will serve a cup of hot chocolate for all children, who are on winter vacation - also if they are not staying at the hotel. Going to a concert or at the theater? Check the calendar and take a look at our online rates. Hotel Fox, Hotel Danmark, Ibsen Hotel and Hotel Kong Arthur are all well located in respect of the concert venues, or at least close to a station.
